What to check before you enquire

Clear height is the usable height under the structure. It is shown only when the broker entered it, and it differs by warehouse.
Truck access is shown only when the broker selected it. It may be limited, suitable for a delivery truck, or open to a heavy truck or trailer.
Loading access may be ground level, a dock, or a dock leveller. The listing shows the access the broker selected.
Power may be single-phase or three-phase. A kVA figure appears only when the broker recorded one.
A monthly price is the rent for one month. A yearly price is the rent for one year. The listing states which. Filters convert both to a monthly equivalent for comparison only.
Some rents are quoted per square metre. That figure is not the total rent. The total depends on the area and on whether the period is a month or a year.
The minimum lease is set on the listing. It may be daily, weekly, monthly, or longer. Warehouse Bahrain does not use one minimum for every warehouse.
EWA charges may be included or excluded. The listing says which only when the broker filled that in. Confirm it before you rely on the rent.
Permitted activities and approvals depend on the unit and the use you need. Check them with the broker and the relevant authority.

Does Warehouse Bahrain operate the warehouses?: No. Warehouse Bahrain is a marketplace. Brokers publish warehouses and industrial properties for rent and sale. It is not a self-storage operator.
Which currency are the prices in?: Prices are in Bahraini dinars (BHD). Each listing states whether the amount is monthly, yearly, per square metre, or a sale price.
Does an enquiry reserve the warehouse?: No. An enquiry asks the broker to reply. It does not reserve the unit, book a visit, or mark the listing as leased.
Is the minimum lease the same for every warehouse?: No. Each listing states its own minimum when the broker entered one. Warehouse Bahrain does not set one term for every warehouse.
How long does a listing stay public?: A published listing stays on the public catalogue for 90 days unless it is renewed, marked leased or sold, or removed earlier.
