Warehouse Bahrain is a marketplace for warehouses and industrial properties for rent and sale in Bahrain. Prices are shown in Bahraini dinars (BHD). These terms are a draft. They have not been legally reviewed and they are not a finished customer contract.

You are responsible for the information you submit, including your name, email, phone number and messages. Do not send information you are not willing for a listing broker to see. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Agents are responsible for the listings they create. A listing should describe the warehouse, its location, price and availability as accurately as the agent knows them. A listing appears on the site when it is posted. An admin can remove it if the information is wrong. Publishing a listing does not guarantee that the warehouse is still available.

Listing details, photographs, prices and availability can change or be withdrawn. A published listing stays on the public catalogue for 90 days unless it is renewed, marked sold, marked leased, or removed earlier. Short-term and long-term rental fields describe the lease the agent is offering. They do not set how long the listing stays online.

An enquiry asks a broker to contact you. It does not reserve a warehouse, create a booking, or mark a listing as sold or leased. Confirm specifications, access, utilities and commercial terms with the broker before you rely on them.

Do not misuse the site. That includes sending spam, scraping private account information, attempting to access another person’s account, or posting unlawful or misleading content. Warehouse Bahrain may restrict or remove an account or a listing that breaks these terms.

The Warehouse Bahrain name, page design and site text belong to the operator of this marketplace. Listing text and photographs are provided by the agents who upload them. Do not copy another person’s listing and present it as your own.

The site is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, Warehouse Bahrain does not guarantee that a listing is complete, current or error-free, and is not a party to a sale or lease agreed between a visitor and a broker. Nothing on this page limits a right that cannot legally be limited.
